2. Lubricating oil inspection of LM guide ball screw & grease up.
3. Timing belt inspection of damage, abrasion, or degradation.
4. Check of screw retorquing.
5. Surface deposit inspection on electric wiring & blade flexible.

1. Visual damage inspection of tilting frame.
2. Operation check of forward / backward tilting. (Noise, movement check)
3. Validation checks of photo switch and limit switch. (Damage, operating check)
4. Foreign substance check such as metal splash or dust.
5. Surface deposit inspection on electric wiring & blade flexible.
6. Confirmation of loosening or backlash of power lock.
7. Lubrication check and grease up.

1. Abrasion inspection of front / rear wheels. (Measured by vernier caliper)
2. Abrasion inspection of guide roller. (Measured by vernier caliper)
3. Check for damage and abrasion of rack & pinion. (Thickness gauge, tooth contact inspection)
4. Frontward / backward movement check. (Noise)
5. Lubricant oil check for driving motor.
6. Surface deposit inspection on electric wiring & blade flexible.
7. Lubrication check and grease up.

1. The slack check of power lock for the wheel axles. (Torque wrench)
2. Wheel abrasion measurement. (By vernier caliper)
3. Guide roller abrasion measurement. (By vernier caliper)
4. Travelling encoder installed area. (Retorquing, coupling damage)
5. Check for safety bumper, photo switch, and limit switch. (Damage)
6. Travelling Rail (Transit)
7. Lubrication Inspection, Grease up
8. Retorquing check of screws in the control panel
9. Abrasion of slip ring (By vernier caliper)
10. Surface deposit check of metal splash on the blade flexible for electric wiring.

Inspection of Measuring Area.
1. Deformation check for deflection of anti-vibration rubber.
2. Check for front & rear wheels and scrapers.
3. Surface deposit check of metal splash or dust around load cells.
4. Abrasion or deformation checks for travelling surface of front & rear side of the bogie.
5. Surface deposit check of metal splash on the blade flexible for electric wiring.
